Soak in hot water, or carefully use a heating pad till it soaks up the heat to desired temp. Then insert in case. Warning, a heating pad if to hot can, sorta melt or deform your insert. The case feels like it’s pretty sturdy, could take a beating and keep going. It’s not flimsy. Very stiff and solid feel to it. When turning the end cap, you get different resistances, and a suction effect, like getting a blow job. Very nice.

Measurement

The truth is that it’s great for some and not so great for others. Do you remember the first time that you took driving lessons?
