The insert feels similar to skin and has plenty of length on it. I have 7 1/2 inches and it still has plenty of room once I got all the way in. Next time I'll bring myself up to the point of no return quicker because I hit it after the insert had lost most of it's heat. That must've been about 30 minutes later. My PC muscle (taint?) is strong, and I usually can keep it flexed. So, next time I'll relax it to get a full effect.

I tried the shoe, the missionary, and the do-it-yourself methods. I hope to get sensitive enough for the missionary method cause that's my favorite with my hand. I should also mention that messing with the cap is a bit time consuming. I messed with it some and currently like it either on or fully off. The noises from there are sometimes weird and somewhat loud, but I'm sure it'll be muffled once I can get missionary going and/or I'll try putting a towel at the end.

Note: I was messing around with the insert and the fins mushed together completely out of shape. The solution it to pull them back apart. This material for the insert returns to its original shape if you've accidentally mushed things together. What a relief! And, it does get sticky after washing. I wonder if using astroglide will help. I have a bottle of that ID stuff.
