For The Impatient People: Here's what I'd recommend:

• For guys with a penis that is less than 6" long and 5" circumference, I recommend UltraTight.

The Inserts

Did you know there are seven different inserts? Trying to choose becomes much simpler once you understand that basically, there are just these six inserts:

Measurement

The primary factor in deciding which one or ones you should get is how big your dick is. The most important size consideration is how thick your penis is, also measured as girth or circumference. Below we're going to use your penis length and circumference to help you choose which insert is best for you. Here is a good page on how to measure your size. All discussions below will be in inches; if you want to use centimeters, multiply all the numbers mentioned here by 2.53 and you'll have the measurements expressed as centimeters. OK, go measure yourself now and have the numbers ready before we continue.

Choosing An Insert

In choosing an insert, length is less of a factor than circumference, mostly because the fun part of the Fleshlight begins right at the entrance, so even very short dicks will get stimulated adequately. But circumference makes a lot of difference, because inserts come in three varieties based on their tightness:

• 3/4 inch (BUY NOW): The inner canal is about three quarters of an inch wide, and it feels like a woman thirty years old or older. I've heard no comparisons of the Regular to any age group for anal sex, so perhaps tightness is retained better in the back door passage?
• 1/2 inch: The inner canal is a little less than half an inch in diameter, and it closely emulates the tightness of an eighteen year old woman or your regular anal passage.
• 1/4 inch: The canal is about as wide as the thickness of a pencil, very tight indeed.

For reference, using the above described measuring method, I am 6.5" long and 5.5" circumference. By experimentation, I've found that I'm most comfortable in the inserts with 1/2 inch diameter. Here's what I'd recommend:

• For guys with a penis that is less than 6" long and 5" circumference, I recommend 1/4 inch diameter.
• For guys with a dick that is between 4" and 8" long, and between 4.5" and 6" circumference, I recommend 1/2 inch diameter.
• For guys that have a schlong longer than 7" and thicker than 6" around, I recommend 3/4 inch diameter.

OK, now that you've got more or less an idea of whether you want an UltraTight or Regular, the choice comes down to two additional factors: orifice and color.

Orifices

There are four orifices that are available on all the inserts:

• Butt: The tightest entrance, it simulates the human anal opening.
• Mouth: The shape of a mouth, it emulates a blow job feeling very closely.
• Lady: The shape of a vagina, including large protruding pussy lips and a cute hard little clit that begs to be stroked.
• Non-descript: Just a vertical slit in the front of an insert, it is for those that don't want something too obvious; the most discreet orifice possible.

Colors

Insert colors matter very little, in my opinion, with one notable exception.
